If you are looking for a great place to hold your next Canada meeting or incentive, OnSite Events can recommend Deerhurst Resort. I recently had the opportunity to attend the Resorts and Great Hotels Private Meetings Summit which was held at this magnificent location. A bit of a drive from the airport (about 2.5 hours) the resort is a true find. The closest major airport is Toronto, so I recommend combining the two (1 night in Toronto, 3 nights at Deehurst). 

According to their website, they have:

40,000 square feet of meeting, exhibit & conference space
32 Meeting rooms
2 Ballrooms accommodating up to 1000 people
415 Guest rooms (including a wide choice of luxurious suites)
800 Acres of “magnificent break-out space”

What I found was a resort that aims to please, all of the staff were attentive and had a genuine feel about them that is rare. They were not stuffy or pretentious, just ready to make sure that our visit was great.

The events that we attended were all coordinated by the resort and they did a top notch job of showing off their abilities. Great food, great atmoshpere and easy access to guest and meeting space.

The outdoor activities were amazing (this is Canada, home of the outdoors). Skiing, golf and horseback riding are all at your finger tips.
