Montego Bay Convention Center

Jamaica is looking to go way beyond being just an incentive destination and change it’s image of being a crime ridden joint (face it folks, there is crime everywhere).

With a little help from their friends (specifically the Ex-Im Bank of China), the good folks of this island nation are building the 52 Million Dollar Montego Bay Convention Center.

Built on about 24 acres on Montego Bay, the new center will feature over 200,000 sq feet of meeting and exhibit space with all of the amenities that you could ask for.

Now, don’t rush to book your next conference, the center is not scheduled to open till December of 2008.
Just a little preplanning thought for 2009………………
