OK, this cracked me up.
Delta, the airline of lost luggage has introduced a series of animated videos entitled "Planeguage" that are meant to teach us all how to be better fliers.
Things like "how to share the armrest etc".......
Here is my take, if you want better fliers, provide exceptional service and have your employees be nice.
Little things like please and thank you go a long way in making people less grumpy when they fly.

OR, people could just be less uptight.
i really don't think grumpy travelers has anything to do w/ the airlines...it has to do w/ self-righteous americans who can't be bothered about treating other people w/ dignity. everything under the sun is a reason to gripe. we're spoiled and that's it.
