I love it when an event goes off with very few glitches (you cannot say without a glitch, because in the event world, there is no such thing!).

I wanted to share some images from our last event that took place at the LaQuinta Resort and Club!

The client is a retail association with specific needs for their members and covers two different groups over 7 days with a total of about 450 attendees. This group has events every night, social and networking times as well as educational sessions and even a tradeshow.

With morning Keynotes, breakouts, meetings, awards dinners and special events; this single event covers most types of event planning disciplines in one single week!  You can even throw in the tennis and golf tournaments that took place in the 1000 degree heat!

What a great group, they have some of the most fun and engaging attendees we have ever worked with and look forward to seeing them every year!
